Please note that the technical difficulties with the McGill telephone service, reported on September 18, continue to persist, affecting about 80 telephone connections. Voice mail users are reminded that they can still access their mailboxes from other working telephones by dialing local 8227. The problems are expected to be resolved by the middle of next week. McGill NCS apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that the CallPilot voice messaging service will be unavailable on Saturday, April 8, from 7 am to 10 am, due to maintenance. During this period, callers will not be able to leave voice messages for anyone, nor will voice mail users be able to retrieve their messages. Callers will be connected to a special temporary information message that will disappear as soon as the system maintenance is completed. No user messages, greetings or configurations will be affected. All autoattendant systems will be rerouted to a back-up system, and all menu applications will be rerouted to a special message providing emergency access information.

The Call Pilot Voice mail problem that was experienced this morning was fixed around 10:08 a.m.
