If you are using Internet Explorer to access the Minerva login screen, the Course Catalog, or Class Schedule, you may need to temporarily right-click on the key icon and select Open Link from the pop-up menu that appears. To link to INB from Banner for administrative staff (INB), you should also right-click to open the link.

The Data Warehouse will be unavailable from 10 pm, Thursday, August 2, until 10 pm, Sunday, August 5, due to system maintenance. During this period, it will not be possible to generate reports or queries from the Data Warehouse. Nakisa will also be affected by this downtime.

On Sunday, June 12, from 12 am to 2 am, there will be a scheduled hardware upgrade to the WebCT Campus Edition server and therefore WebCT will be out of production for that time. The upgrade will mainly address a number of hardware performance issues that will speed up the server backup times. The upgrade will be completely transparent from a user's point of view, since the user interface will remain untouched.

The McGill e-payment service for processing all Internet-based credit card payments, such as those associated with applications for admission to McGill or McGill-licensed software (ELMS), is currently unavailable. The service is not expected to resume until January 12.
To resolve the Windows file server problem, the system will be brought down at 11:15 am for approximately 5 minutes. During this time you will not be able to access your files on the network drives. Make sure you save your network files before 11:15. We apologize for the inconvenience.
