Vicky Lambert

Vicky Lambert is a master teacher, actress, and choreographer best known for her work in Rob Marshall's academy award winning musicals, Chicago and Nine.

She received her early training under the Vaganova classical ballet technique in Philadelphia, PA. After studying at North Carolina School of the Arts for dance she was invited to join the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, under the direction of Judith Jameson. Vicky was the first African American to receive the prestigious Princess Grace Award.

Ms. Lambert choreographed for the hit television series, So You Think You Can Dance CanadaIn Plain Sight, starring Paul Victor and has recently created a  huge entertainingly fun flash mob scene for the CW series, Hart of Dixie. She was the lead choreographer for the film,Talk to Me,starring Don Cheadle and cochoreographer for the blockbuster film, Sucker Punch working alongside director, Zac Snyder.

Her humanitarian efforts include her involvement as a board member for the Harbor Community Clinic in San Pedro California and she sits on the board of CUSP, an organization dedicated to providing resources for single-parent families.
