Join us for a fun and interactive workshop to get tips on staying healthy, fit and happy, with expert advice from a Nutritionist, McGill Athletics and Counselling Services.
You'll also pick up strategies on how to deal with the stresses you may experience as an international student, and learn how to navigate your first year at McGill.
