Having trouble with CIC's online application system? Alas, you're not the only one...
CIC is currently experiencing technical problems with their online application system; we all hope that these glitches will be resolved soon. Please be patient, and try again over the next few days. If you wish to get help from CIC, they can be reached at the following coordinates:

CIC has posted the following update on their site:
The following online services will be unavailable from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013, Eastern standard time, in order to perform system maintenance:
- MyCIC
- Apply online
- Authorized Paid Representatives Portal
- Partner Portal
