- For any new positions created, the best qualified candidates will be
selected, based on education, relevant experience, and qualifying skills
and abilities.
- The applicable policies and the Collective Agreement will be
respected.
- We will ensure that every staff member will receive written
confirmation of any change which affects them.
- We will continue to provide to our staff information about the
project in a clear, forthright and transparent manner.
