The Office of Research Opportunities (ORO) serves professors in the Faculty of Arts. Its principal objectives are: 1) to increase the quality and quantity of research grant applications to as broad a range as possible of funding sources; 2) to foster and encourage interdisciplinary research; 3) to contribute to an environment conducive to research; 4) to track and identify research trends and new directions; 5) to maximize the socio-economic impact of research.
