myCourses: users unable to access

The myCourses Learning Management System is currently inaccessible for many users. Users may be unable to access the system or navigation may be slow.

The system provider is looking into the issue; we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Resolved: myCourses - course enrolment issues

We have resolved the enrolment issues in myCourses and expect course enrolments from this week to be completely synced by this evening. Due to the start of the semester, please allow some time for your enrolment to be transferred into myCourses.

If, however, your course does not appear in myCourses by Tuesday, September 8, please email the IT Service Desk at itsupport [at] mcgill [dot] ca and provide your enrolment time in Minerva and course information.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
