proof of Canadian citizenship and proof of Quebec residency to the Admissions, Recruitment and Registrar's Office. Students in Medicine or Continuing Education should submit their documents directly to their Faculty Student Affairs office or the Centre for Continuing Education. Documents received after this date will be updated for the following term only.
