MAXIME DENIS, MSc, PhD, M.Ed. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and an Associate Member of the Institute of Health Sciences Education. In addition to his training in lipoprotein metabolism and cardiovascular diseases, he completed a Master's degree in Education. He actively teaches biochemistry with focus on evidence-based pedagogy in higher education, and leads curriculum and faculty development activities in biomedical sciences.
Research Interests: The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL); Learner-centered Education; Development of core-competencies in biomedical sciences.
