Electronic submissions:

Original unpublished papers may be submitted to the attention of the Editor-in-Chief at edannals.law [at] mcgill.ca as an attachment in the format of Word for Windows.

Manual submissions:

Original unpublished manuscripts accompanied by an IBM PC-readable diskette or CD-ROM containing an electronic version of the text and summary in the format of Word for Windows may be sent to the attention of the Editor-in-Chief at the following address:

All submissions are subjected to an anonymous evaluation process conducted by the Editorial Board, in consultation with outside referees.

The Annals of Air and Space Law generally conforms to the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, 6th ed. (Scarborough: Carswell, 2006).

The last date for submissions for Volume XXXV (2010) of the Annals is November 30, 2009.
