Submissions to the Annals

The Editorial Board of the Annals welcomes submissions written in English or French. All submissions must be accompanied by an abstract written in English and/or French not exceeding 200 words in length. Kindly consult the Annals’ Guidelines on referencing and formatting [.doc].

Electronic submissions:

Original unpublished papers in Microsoft Word format may be submitted as an e-mail attachment to the attention of the Editor-in-Chief at edannals [dot] law [at] mcgill [dot] ca .

Manual submissions:

Original unpublished manuscripts accompanied by a CD-ROM containing an electronic version of the paper in Microsoft Word format may be sent to the attention of the Editor-in-Chief at the following address:

All submissions are subjected to an anonymous evaluation process conducted by the Editorial Board, in consultation with outside referees.

The Annals of Air and Space Law generally conforms to the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, 7th ed. (Scarborough: Carswell, 2010).

The deadline for Volume XXXVIII (2013) of the Annals is 30 April 2013.
