Pay equity information sessions

Lunchtime information sessions will be held to answer your questions concerning pay equity. All staff are welcome, whether you are eligible for an adjustment payment or not.

It is important for employees who have questions to attend the information sessions before making specific enquiries to HR.

These sessions will help you understand who is eligible for a pay equity adjustment and how the adjustments were calculated.  Should you have further questions following the information sessions, you will be able to send them via a dedicated email that will be accessible.

There has been much interest from employees on this subject and we strongly encourage you to attend these sessions.

However, because the larger rooms on campus are booked for classes, sessions will be held in smaller rooms with more limited capacity. As we must respect the University’s security code, it is possible that people will be asked to go to another session if rooms exceed total capacity.  We therefore ask that, as much as possible, consideration be given to attending other sessions held the following days.  We have already scheduled a sixth session due to the demonstrated interest.
