In addition to providing strategies, tools and training to adapt to structural and process changes, Organizational Development (O.D.) supports the McGill community in managing the people side of change. Our ability to manage change effectively, can contribute to highly stimulating and productive workplace, despite all the characteristic challenges of change.
Our O.D. consultants work with leaders and teams to better understand how change works and to identify, understand and effectively manage typical responses to change. They support units in the development of a change management communications plan that encourages transparency, trust and buy-in.
