Leadership Development Program (LDP)
A One-year Leadership Development Program
Launched in 2005, this highly-reputed program is designed to enhance personal, team and organizational leadership. Maximizing the impact of experiential learning, the year-long program addresses 3 streams of our McGill Community:
- Managers / Supervisors
- Change Agents: leading change initiatives through influence VS line authority
- Student Affairs Professionals
Through an integrated curriculum comprised of hands-on modules, participants will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead in times of change. They will increase their level of personal effectiveness, inspire and coach others and increase overall business efficiencies. As our graduates testify, LDP participants truly learn to think and act more strategically, and to bring out the best in individuals, teams and the organization. The program is grounded in McGill's 7 Behavioral Competencies.
