On-call policy

1. An employee who is required by their immediate supervisor to remain on call after their regular work day or work week will receive a premium for each eight (8) hour period during which the employee remains on call.

2. The on-call premium will be increased each year by the same percentage as University salary policy increases.   

June 1, 2010: $12.36

June 1, 2011: $12.79

June 1, 2012: $13.17

June 1, 2014: $13.63

June 1, 2015: $14.17

June 1, 2016: $14.59

June 1, 2017: $15.02

3. For each on-call period of less than eight (8) hours, an employee shall be paid on a pro rata basis.
