Pay dates and POPS transmission deadlines - Summer 2013
These dates are official and allow for enough processing time to ensure everyone is paid properly over the summer. Tables are for our 3 regularly scheduled payrolls, which are:
1) Bi-weekly: Casual Payroll
2) Semi-monthly: Overtime and Miscellaneous Payroll
3) Weekly paid: Trades and Services Payroll
Bi-Weekly Pay Schedules
Student/Salaried Casual Appointment Form Pay Schedule
The bi-weekly pay is defaulted from the Student/Salaried Casual Appointment Form. This can be adjusted with bi-weekly payment adjustment through POPS. This payroll is the same as the bi-weekly casual payroll. That is, Appointment form and POPS payments are paid on the same pay.

Casual Pay Schedule
This payroll is the same as the bi-weekly Student Appointment Form. Payments from POPS and the Appointment form are merged together.

Semi-Monthly Pay Schedule
The semi-monthly pay is defaulted from the Appointment form. It can be adjusted with Miscellaneous & Overtime POPS payments.
