Change personal information

If you have moved to a new home you can change your address using Minerva. Please follow the steps below:

Login to Minerva at http://www.mcgill.ca/minerva-faculty-staff/ using your McGill ID and PIN (Please note that your McGill email address is no longer valid)

From the  MAIN MENU bar click on:

• "Employee", then
• “Addresses and Phones”

If you have never accessed MINERVA before, you will need to call the ICS help desk at 514-3983398 and they will help set you up.

In order to activate you, they will probably ask for your date of birth and a part of your social insurance number, so you will probably want to have that information handy when you call.

Alternatively, you must send in a written (signed) request.Please include your Banner ID Number, the new address and the effective date of the change. Again, your signature is required.
