Administrative and support staff

As a result of the Pay Equity exercise, we now have new salary scales for certain positions (PEDs) affected by Pay Equity. We have attached 2 documents (click here) regarding salary scales that must be used for MUNACA positions.

 1)      MUNACA Salary Structure June 1, 2014 - PEDs subject to Pay Equity (Min & Max only)

 Use the attached list of positions which indicate PED number and PED title, level and min and max.  These new salary ranges  must be used for all positions, including postings, regardless of the salary  indicated in the collective agreement.  There are no steps associated with these new Pay Equity salary scales.
