We know that we should get 30 minutes of brisk exercise, at least 5 days a week. Being part of an organized group can give you just the motivation you need. On Friday October 12, leaders of the Health & Wellbeing team are organising a walk up the mountain. Once there, you can self-assign into one of two groups: “pause to view the fall foliage ”; or the “race you to the top” group for faster paced walkers.
