Don't Get Stressed Out About Your Stress!
In support of OSD's Building Bridges: Mental Health and Wellness Awareness Week, on October 3rd the team of the McGill Health and Wellbeing Program for Faculty and Staff presents this lunchtime session with Dr. Darrell Johnson, consultant with our EAP provider Les Consultants Longpré et Associes.
During this session, you will learn how to:
1- Redefine stress and explore the useful role stress plays in your life
2- Identify your own vulnerability to stress and learn to “listen to” your stress symptoms
3- Manage your stress levels through physical and psychological techniques to:
A) Prevent burnout
B) Reduce excess stress
