Room Bookings Coordinator (CR7789, PED147, DD6A)

Position Context: 

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, coordinates activities related to room bookings. Takes reservations for conferences, receptions, retreats, meetings, lodging and other events. Prepares and processes documents. Receives cheques or deposits for events, rooms or lodging. Maintains records and lists of events. Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises and arranges for repairs. Organizes, distributes and verifies the work of others, and participates in their training.
