We all face demands in our life that cause “stress”. While a certain amount of stress is good for us, problems can start when we feel that the demands being placed on us exceed our ability to deal with them.
The parties met on April 10, 2014 and discussed the process of appointing lead hands. The union presented its position and proposed a change that would be included in the 3 collective agreements. The university agreed to the proposed change and the clause was ratified by the parties.
On April 4, 2014, the parties discussed the union’s proposal on electronic surveillance. The parties debated their point of view and shared their preoccupations and constraints.
