Settlement Package
Settlement Package - 2013: Your duly-completed forms and instructions should be received the month prior to the intended payment date (e.g. for a payment date of June 30th, forms need to be received by HR prior to May 31st). Submission of incomplete forms will delay the settlement process. Submitting your forms early is always appreciated and helps ensure timely payment. Until your settlement instructions are received, your holdings will remain invested in the Pension Plan according to your investment instructions. Use this checklist to assist you in completing the required forms in order to not delay settlement of your holdings.

Suspension of contributions - McGill University Pension Plan: Use this form if you would like to suspend contributions to the McGill University Pension Plan. If you are a Full-Time Employee, this is only possible if you have not attained the criteria to be enrolled mandatory (5 years continuous service).
