Pension Plan Annual Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF PENSION PLAN MEMBERS
The next Annual Meeting of Members of the McGill University Pension Plan will be held in Room 232 of the Stephen Leacock Building, 855 Sherbrooke Street West on Friday, the 3rd day of May, 2013 at noon for the purposes of:
- tallying and announcing the voting results - continuance of voting procedures;
- electing one Academic Staff representative, who is a member of the Plan as of December 31, 2012 to the Pension Administration Committee;
- electing one Administrative & Support Staff representative, who is a member of the Plan as of December 31, 2012 to the Pension Administration Committee;
- receiving the financial report of the McGill University Pension Plan for the year ended December 31, 2012 and the Independent Auditors' Report thereon;
- receiving the stewardship report of the Pension Administration Committee;
- receiving the investment performance report of the McGill University Pension Plan for the year ended December 31, 2012; and
- conducting such other business as shall be properly brought before the assembly.
Attendance at the meeting shall be restricted to active and non-active members of the plan, including beneficiaries. All attendees are requested to bring one of the following valid pieces of identification:
- Personal Statement of Holdings as of December 31, 2012
- Personal Ballot/Proxy Form
