Health and wellbeing
There is no question that we all work at our best when we are healthy and feeling good about life, and have fun doing so.
The objective of the Health and Wellbeing program is to establish a culture of health and wellness at the University by creating awareness of the benefits of healthy living, promoting a safe and healthy environment, and enhancing work-life balance. We are pleased to offer employees lunchtime events on a variety of health related topics, as well as links to a variety of online health and wellness resources.

Health and Wellbeing champions
A group of dedicated volunteers, from a cross-section of McGill employees, contributes to the Health and Wellbeing program by providing ideas and suggestions for upcoming events, informing their colleagues about these events and encouraging them to take part. They are enthusiastic ambassadors of the University's health and wellbeing initiative. These volunteers share a common goal of promoting the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle within the McGill community.
