| McGill is launching its fourth cohort of its One-Year Leadership Development Program in January 2014, and invites interested candidates to register for an Information Session today. Building on the success of McGill’s well-reputed LDP launched in 2005 and input from the community, this program addresses a broader segment of the McGill population with 3 streams of participants: • Managers / Supervisors • Change Agents: leading change initiatives through influence VS line authority • Academic Advisors Through an integrated curriculum comprised of hands-on modules, participants will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead in times of change. They will increase their level of personal effectiveness, inspire and coach others and increase overall business efficiencies. As our graduates testify, LDP participants truly learn to think and act more strategically, and to bring out the best in individuals, teams and the organization. |
