Co-Development Intro to Methodology

|Come and learn about a simple “made in Quebec” process that successfully promotes learning and professional and personal development.
A co-development group is a small group of 4 to 10 people, composed of managers, professionals, etc., who have common concerns in fulfilling their roles and who believe they can learn from each other to improve their professional effectiveness. They meet on a regular basis for a set period of time and follow a specific process each time. At each meeting, one or more of the participants has the opportunity to be the “client” and share their professional concerns, while the rest of the group act as the “consultants”. This approach promotes action and reflection, both by the individual and the group, as they deal with issues of real and current concern. Individuals in the group must be committed to this process and maintain confidentiality of what transpires in the group. The outcomes are sharing of best practices and learning and professional growth by all involved. This Information Session will include a simulation of a Co-development group.
