Boost Your Health 2014 - Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction
|If you are affected by chronic anxiety or pain, mindfullness based stress reduction (MBSR)may help. Gina Rubinsky, registered psychologist and mindfullness-based stress reduction facilitator, will discuss the MBSR Program, and explore how it can help cultivate and maintain health and wellbeing. Some guided mindfulness meditation will also be integrated in this session.|
