| This workshops will: * Provide insight into your listening, interaction, and behavioural styles * Explore how different listening approaches impact listening effectiveness * Discuss barriers to effective communication * Practice listening, responding, and questioning skills in work context interactions * Define, discuss, and practice general communication skills * Create a personal development plan to improve overall communication By the end of the course, participants will be able to: * extract factual information to resolve a customer or colleague's problems, questions, or concerns * Understand and use each of the five listening dimensions * Choose a listening approach appropriate to the situation * Respond to customer situations where one's creativity is limited * Overcome listening barriers, reduce conflict, and improve performance * Improve interactions with customers through a renewed confidence in communication strategies |
