|Target population:||M's and Excluded positions|
|The word “Catalyst” originally comes from chemistry and can be defined as “an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action”. Nowadays this word is applied to all sorts of situations. The idea of catalytic leadership has taken off recently as potential leaders begin to think about the difficulty in making changes in situations where they might not have executive authority over various groups.
This topic explores the idea of being a Catalytic leader, no matter where he or she might appear in the organization.
