Boost Your Health Series 2012: Walking Group
|To help you get started on a walking program, we’re leading a walk up the mountain on Friday, May 4, starting at 12:15pm at the Roddick Gates. You can self-assign into one of two groups: “pause and smell the flowers”; and the “race you to the top!” group for faster paced walkers.
Lace up your walking shoes, and bring some water. We’ll postpone to a later date if it rains.
