|Although short, February can be a cold, cruel month. We feel the need to hibernate. One of the best way to beat the winter blues is to stay active. For the past 15 years, Dr. Ross Andersen has conducted research trials which have helped overweight and obese individuals learn to manage their weight through sensible eating and innovative exercise programming. Of special interest to him is the roles that appropriate exercise can play in helping people improve their physical and psychological health. Even if you’re just feeling the winter blahs, and you’re not moving around much because of the dark and the cold of our Montreal winter, this may help you to renew some of those New Year resolutions!
