Grievances and Arbitration
|Target population:||All staff members in management and excluded positions|
|In this module the steps and rules in the grievance process will be reviewed from the filing of a grievance to arbitration.
- Delays to file a grievance
- Forms to be used and information to be provided
- Steps in "negotiating" a settlement
It is recommended (but not required) that the following modules be taken as pre-requisites: Unionization Process; Collective Agreements.
