OD - Organizational Development module
Developing a Performance Dialogue Plan with SMART Objectives
|Target population:||Managers, professionals, supervisors, and specialists at all levels|
|Work objectives are direct links between the work the employee performs, the Faculty / unit / department’s operational objectives and University goals. Defining mutually agreed upon objectives provides clarity in your role and expectations in a given cycle. The essence of S.M.A.R.T. is participative objective setting between the employee and their supervisor / manager.
