***PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO LDP MEMBERS ONLY***

Objectives:

To obtain a basic understanding of some of the core student development theories (Chickering’s Theory of Identity Development; Perry’s Theory of Intellectual and Ethical Development; Kolb’s Theory of Experiential Learning) and how they apply to the Student Affairs Professionals' Experience. To have the opportunity to, through case studies and role plays, use a theory to practice to theory model; To develop tools and applications in reaching and serving the “Millenium” Students.
