Tom Gibson-Brydon and Laura Nagy Travel Fund
This endowment was created in memory of Tom Gibson-Brydon and Laura Nagy, two of the department’s students who were tragically killed in a car accident in 2009.
Tom and Laura were not only brilliant and much beloved members of our community but true role models for students and faculty members alike. They were committed to make the world a better place, through volunteer work for multiple charitable causes and for the less fortunate in our world.
As Tom and Laura both loved travelling, the endowed fund fittingly supports undergraduate and graduate travel needs.
