McGill University will cover the candidate’s tuition fees (exclusive of other fees, such as registration or student association fees) and consider them for further financial support. How to apply.
The CSC will provide a postdoctoral award and visa application fees. McGill supervisors will provide additional financial support, subject to the availability of internal and external funding. How to apply.
In order to qualify for a CSC doctoral scholarship, the candidate must be a Chinese citizen or permanent resident and cannot be working or studying abroad at the time of application. Eligible students will have excellent marks, and will undertake to return to China upon completion of their studies.

The minimum admission requirements for Chinese students are available in this pdf document, China/Chine. In order to apply for the CSC scholarship, students must already have received an unconditional offer admission from McGill promising to cover the cost of tuition.
