The GPS office is located in the James Administration Building (in Room 400) and is open for scheduled appointments only. The hours of service are Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Sending and dropping off documents
Documents and forms related to graduate admissions, records, registration, and postdocs should be mailed through internal mail to Enrolment Services or dropped off at the Service Point front desk. The address of Enrolment Services is as follows:

*Fellowship-related forms and documents requiring a signature, should be scanned and emailed to graduatefunding [dot] gps [at] mcgill [dot] ca. Forms may also be sent via internal mail (please allow a minimum of 5 business days to complete your request). Should original and/or hard copies be required, departments should send forms related to fellowships and awards directly to the office of GPS for review and processing.
