The GPS office is located in the James Administration Building (in Room 325) and is open for previously scheduled appointments only. The hours of service are Monday – Thursday, 9a.m. – 5p.m. and Fridays 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sending and dropping off documents
Documents and forms related to graduate admissions, records, registration, and postdocs should be mailed through internal mail to Enrolment Services or dropped off at the Service Point front desk. The address of Enrolment Services is as follows:

Any fellowships-related forms and documents requiring signature, should ideally be scanned and emailed to Graduatefunding [dot] gps [at] mcgill [dot] ca. Departments should send any forms related to fellowships and awards directly to GPS for review and processing. Forms can also be dropped off directly in a box in the James Administration Lobby (please allow 5 business days to complete your request).
