BluePrint Project

Project Information
Description:

Human genome sequence is largely invariable across tissues in an individual, yet great diversity of cells exists in our bodies. The determinants of cellular identity lie within its chromatin structure. New genomic methodologies allow detailed investigation of the chromatin, BLUEPRINT is an EU-FP7 program targeted to map chromatin in human blood.
