Bases neuro-anatomiques de la douleur psychique dans la dépression et les conduites suicidaires

Project Information
Description:

Investigating with functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) the neural basis of the vulnerability to suicidal behavior in patients with a personal history of depression. A task of social exclusion is being used to measure the sensitivity to social pain. Three groups are compared: patients with a history of suicidal behavior and depression, patient controls with a history of depression but no history of suicidal act, and healthy controls.
