Description: 

Commissioned by the Quebec Ministry of Finance to inform health care policy in Quebec, this is a comparative case study of strategies for introducing activity-based payments systems in health care, drawing on experience in Denmark, Finland, England and selected Canadian provinces.   The results including recommendations for quebec will be reported to government, and published through Cirano (centre interuniversitaire de recherche, de liaison et de transfert des savoirs en analyse des organisations)
