Humanities
The Humanities program is part of the College Core. The program links disciplines. Its broad subject is the study of humanity and human works. It draws from and attempts to synthesize the particular content of the specialized disciplines (like history, literature and arts, physical, social, and technical sciences, branches of philosophy). It counterbalances the specialized training provided by collegial pre-university and career programs.
