JANUARY 2014 ADMITS - Graduate and Postdoctoral Orientation Open House & Welcome
Discover McGill's Graduate Orientation Open House & Welcome event will take place on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 between 16:30 and 18:00. It will be hosted in Thomson House, 3650 McTavish Street, the hub of graduate student life on campus. This university orientation and wine & cheese will provide you with information and introductions that will help ensure you have a strong start to your graduate and/or postdoctoral career at McGill.
Registration required through myFuture. From your homepage, click on the Events tab followed by the Workshop tab and keyword Orientation
For students on the Macdonald Campus in the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, you will have your orientation event on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 15:30 to 19:00 in the Centennial Centre, room CC 1-163 on the Macdonald Campus. No registration required.
Mark this date on your calendar so that you don't miss this important opportunity to drop by to network with other new students and colleagues as well as Discover McGill's many support services that exist to enhance your academic and personal success. You will also be able to meet and mingle with some of McGill's deans and administrators as well as the executives of the Post Graduate Students' Society.
