Running WEB Reports
If you are having issues running WEB reports using IE, please try Chrome or Firefox.
Budget reports are designed to be used for Operating funds only. The reports have been organized into four groups: Maintenance reports (on this page), Distribution Exercise reports, Integrated Budget & Finance reports, and Finance and Budget Integration reports.
Running these reports:
You must have Budget module access to run these reports – this is granted once FIS Users have completed course BUD 314. If you are unsure whether you have budget access, submit a ticket via the FIS Service Desk portal or by phone at 514-398-3463 to verify your FIS profile.
If you feel that access to these reports is integral to performing your job duties, contact your Faculty/Unit Financial Officer to discuss gaining access to Budget information.

Crystal Reports software is not required to run the web report templates.
Maintenance reports can be used throughout the fiscal year to monitor and reconcile departmental operating budgets.

This report provides a list of all budget transactions in a selected category (Salary Policy, Workforce Planning, HR Budget Feed, Tenure Track Cleanup, MUNACA Strike, Restricted Accounts or Carry Forward & Encumbrance Roll) for the specified fiscal year.
Prompting Query Fields:
- Fiscal year
- Fund type (1A or 1B)
- Level (ORG levels 2, 3 or 4, or FUND level)
- ORG code or FUND code
- Category (Salary Policy, Workforce Planning, HR Budget Feed, Tenure Track Cleanup, MUNACA Strike, Restricted Accounts or Carry Forward & Encumbrance Roll)
