As a Researcher you are considered a Fund Financial Manager and are automatically granted access to the Finance (Fund) Administration Menu in Minerva. This menu allows you to:
- View balances and transactions posted to your Fund/Grant and financial statements
- Place orders on the McGill MarketPlace (MMP) and set up individuals as Requestors and Approval Delegates
- Request advances and submit expense reports
- Approve/disapprove MMP orders charged to your Fund/Grant
- Reconcile PCard transactions (if you are a PCard holder)

Should you wish to allow individuals, with a valid McGill ID, to:
- View balances and transactions posted to your Fund/Grant and financial statements
- View payroll details (optional)
a FIS Authorization form must be signed and submitted to Financial Services.
