Welcome to the Finance and Budget Integration Website

The new multi-year Financial and Budget Integration framework (FBI@McGill) streamlines and integrates McGill's planning, budgeting and reporting processes across all units of the University.  Simplified processes and financial tools will make it easier for Deans and Administrative Heads  to plan and manage their budgets, and to measure their performance  The FBI encompasses Four Foundational Components: 1) An Accountability Framework, drawn from ASAP 2012, which confirms strategic priorities and objectives, 2) Agreements which include multi-year and total resource operational plans, 3) A simplified Multi-Year Budget Planning Process, and 4) A standardized Financial and Budget Model.
