Spaghetti Nights Family Workshops

Family Workshops

Parents, teachers, all of us want kids to succeed. Over the last year, we talked to parents and guardians to find out what we can do to support you to help your children succeed in school and continue to learn. What parents and guardians told us is that they need tips and tools to help their children. Families also wanted a safe space to talk about what ‘success in school’ actually means to them and their children.

Community-Based Learning Programs

Description

Since its inception in August, 2011, SEDE’s Community Engagement Department has developed programs that have seen students volunteer their time on various community-driven projects, brought members of the McGill community together to discuss the present state and future vision of a culture of engagement at McGill, and created an event to celebrate existing community engagement initiatives at McGill while establishing new partnerships.
