Information for exhibitors
Welcome to our 18th Annual McGill University Update in Otolaryngology, and most of all THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS POSSIBLE. We cannot put on a meeting of this quality without you, so thank you!
Set up time will be as of 12 noon on Thursday, March 13, and tear down time will be as of 10:30 am on Sunday, March 16. Feel free to pick a booth as you come in. Booths are identified according to sponsorship level, that is, Bronze or Gold.
We are happy to inform you that there will be a complimentary cocktail on Friday evening; spouses and children are welcome. On Saturday evening we will be holding a buffet; however, reservations are required. Each exhibitor will receive two complimentary tickets for this event. Please confirm your presence with our staff at the hospitality desk. Upon availability, additional tickets may be purchased for a spouse or for children.
