- In order to maintain individual anonymity when grades are posted, instructors are requested to adopt the following practices:
- On the request of a student, omit the student's number and mark from any posted list. The student will then be required to consult the professor in order to obtain his or her evaluation.
- Wherever possible, post marks using only the last five digits of the student ID number.
